Jay Cutler is a pussy.

Brandon Marshall is a thug.

Josh McDaniels, I feel bad for you. Trade away these losers.

Well he tried grabbing Cassel, shipping Cutler to Tampa and the #12 overall to New England but the talks broke down on Denver's end of things.

I have no pity for that motherfucker though, not after he snatched Gaffney from us. He can rot in hell while we go out and find someone to line up opposite of Moss.

going into the offseason, i knew there was no way the Pats would be able to match Gaffney's market price. I'm just glad that him and Paxton got paid the way they should be if they couldn't be on our team. IMO, it's better they got their contracts from McDaniels than Dungy or Fisher.

Well the Pats did resign Sanders today, working on the Wilfork extension, so I suppose we are doing something. Looks like we couldn't get the Bodden deal done during his visit though :bang: :bang:

i'm not too worried about that. we'll get our upgrade at corner. Bodden would be nice. Springs would probably be decent for a season if Wheatley or Wilhite don't take the starting position. Or we could pickup Sean Smith, Alphonso Smith or one of the good corners in the draft. Heck, it would be really sweet if Malcolm Jenkins somehow dropped to 23. He did not do well in the 40, but he absolutely destroyed the 20 yard shuttle and 3 cone drills and looked good in the DB drills. Vontae Davis did an excellent job in the 40, shuttle, and 3 cone, but looked lost in the DB drills. Sean Smith pretty much did well in all of them, but for some reason does not seem to get the high value those other two still maintain.

getting Sanders re-signed was really nice. right now, he's the best option for this team to start at safety. hopefully they take someone like Patrick Chung or Louis Delmas in the second round and have then a better long term option.

Jenkins & Davis I think will both be out of reach on draft day, a guy like Alphonso Smith might be worth the risk though, and the value might be there at #23 overall. That Chiefs pick may allow us a little flexibility on draft day to move up as well. I'm not so much worried about the draft, I'm more concerned to see how we plan on using the now 18.7M we just trimmed off the cap. Good addition in Baker at TE, Taylor at RB, but we need to grab some secondary help at DB, and another legitimate starting OLB now as well since Vrabel is gone. Julius Peppers wants to play OLB in the 3-4 and is demanding a trade, damn that would be nice, not gonna happen though :man6:

Right now I'd rather them using the cap on draft picks, Vince Wilfork, Richard Seymour, and Logan Mankins. If they can get someone in free agency that would be nice, but I wouldn't do that at the expense of these players that this team cannot afford to lose. I do think that it is possible to keep them all and trade for Julius Peppers. It would be absolutely amazing to see him play ROLB with Seymour at RE. That would be just so devastating on that side of the field. That would be especially the case if we could get Sintim, Laurinaitis, Maualuga or Cushing through the draft to play ILB as well.

Cutler is a douchebag. It turns out he requested weeks ago to be traded and now has the nerve to be outraged when they tried to fulfill his request.
