Cleveland, Milwaukee and Oklahoma City have agreed in principle to a six-player trade that could add a much-needed second scorer to LeBron James' Cavaliers.

Mo Williams, the high-scoring point guard from Milwaukee, will go to Cleveland in the deal, which should be announced later Wednesday.

The 6-foot-1 Williams averaged 17.2 points and a team-high 6.3 assists for the Bucks last season.

Cleveland will send shooting guard Damon Jones to Milwaukee and forward Joe Smith to Oklahoma City.

Milwaukee also will get point guard Luke Ridnour and forward Adrian Griffin from Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma City, formerly known as the Seattle SuperSonics, also gets Desmond Mason, the athletic small forward, from the Bucks.

:bang: The Bucks got robbed. They gave up the most and got the least in return. I'm pissed.

it's good for the bucks too

1. Mo Williams is a locker room cancer when he is upset. He got into verbal arguments with bogut, redd, and an assistant coach last year
2. goldnblue himself said they have enough scorers, Mo doesn't play a lick of defense and that was their biggest problem.
3. They were so close to the luxery tax with Mo's contract that we basically couldn't do anything in the free agent market the next 3 years. We got back 2 expirings and a smaller contract.
4. Mo is not a real PG, he has a sweet jumper but was 35th in PG's in ast/to ratio.

That's all true but we could have at least got some decent talent in return. I think the deal would have been fair for all teams if the Bucks recieved either Varajao, Wilcox or Collison, Varajao being the most likely to happen. Even Joe Smith would have been fine. But for the Bucks to give up Mo AND Mason for Luke fuckin Ridnour and 2 players that prbably won't even make the roster, that pisses me off.

I thought the retarded Larry Harris trade era was over, apparently not.
