Do Celtics Fans Still Hate The Lakers?

Yea I agree...if both teams could become competetive at the same time and there was a legitimate chance at seeing a Laker/Celtics finals then the rivalry would be back on. But over the last decade or so, the Celtic's have pretty much been mediocre at best, except for one run in the Eastern Confrence finals we havent done anything, and the Lakers were winning titles. Now the Celtics look like they are going to be a top team in the league and the Lakers still have some question marks...so I dunno, I don't hate the Lakers, their definitley not one of my favorite teams though.

Well I wasn't even born yet during the 80's rival at least, so I don't hate them at all.

No we don't. Just because some Laker fans have had wet dreams about getting KG, yet you guys were the ones that got him doesn't make this a rivalry. At least let us play you guys first. November 23rd, it'll be like a damn circus.

Ive been watching the lakers training camp videos, and mihm and radmanavic think the lakers are gonna be real good this year. Idk, we will see. But Bynum actually looks good this year, I'm one of the few thats doubts his skills, but he looks like he improved quite a bit, and fisher looks alot more comfortable back in the triangle. Hopefully we wont get bounced in the first round again. nov 23rd should be interesting though, especially if doc plays allen at the point like he has said he might do.

You're not the only Lakerfan doubting Bynum.I also think that he is not really going to dominate the league.

D@mn straight I still hate those guys, when u bleed green you live and die hating teams like Philly and the Lakers. Names like "Magic", Kobe Bryant, James Worthy, Pat Riley and Phil Jackson, Kareem Abdul Jabbar are every bit as despicable as Castro, Mussilini, Hitler and Stalin.

Don't get ahead of yourself. A comparison of basketball players to ruthless leaders is quite abstruse and repugnant.

I am old so I remember the rivalry's. It's funny, because I have always LOVED KG and want to see him do well, and I know paul pierce and his family from inglewood, where we lived. I can't say I hate them now, but it does hurt to see them doing good. I guess if the lakers were contenders I would hate them more. I'll be watching what they do with interest. kinda hating. :man10:
