Just got a high school coaching position

So it's nothing major, but I'm glad to get some experience under my belt after only coaching 4-6th graders during my high school years.

I'll be coaching the JV team at a small private school. I've been playing with these kids all week and really look forward to it. Like I said it's a small school and lots of them haven't had a lot of bball experience, but these kids are hungry to learn. It's great to see kids who want to learn, rather than kids who think open gym/practice is just a waste of time.

No set plans until I see more of who will end up on the team so I can put in an offense and defense that is suited to their strengths. I'll let you guys know.

So hows the coaching job going? Its been a year exactly..id love to be a coach but dont have experience yet, so id like to know.
