I think he is, but I looked at the Proxy IP's in the admin panel, and the new Blazers GM was posting from a listed proxy.
This shit is starting to piss me off. It's a game, people need not take it so seriously.

Hey Guys.....
I have been on a hiatus for a while, unfortunately I had a death in my family and could not keep up with the league, but if the Clippers are open I would like to take them. |
