Finished Trade Rules

-If you want to do a trade you have to post a new topic with your team names:
EX:
Bulls-Sonics trade
Bulls-Sonics-Blazers trade

-In this topic you then have to post all the players you want to trade and its good that you post how much money both teams players are worth

-If any trade raises speculation, it will be revised by the "Trade Committee", whose decision will be final. GMs involved in such trades are allowed to debate in their favor.

-After both GMs accept a trade no alterations can take place without the knowledge of the other GM.

- Two "Fair" Judgements by members of the comittee and the trade will be completed. Two "Unfair" judgements and the trade will be deemed dead.

Also something that's different then before is the cutback rule. Cutbacks wont be allowed. They aren't allowed in the NBA, so I dont see why we should use them here.
