there's a weird football thing with the election. the last Redskins home game before the election has been a predictor of who wins the national election. when the Redskins win, the incumbent (or his party) tend to win and when the Redskins lose, the other party's candidate tends to win. The Redskins have their home game tonight and are playing the Steelers. _________________ 2007-2008: 34-48

it looks like he will win IN and NC and lose MO, while MT is still unknown, so me and flip will be the closest with the actual being either 264 or 267 _________________ 07-08: 49-33, out 2nd round |

Missouri is still a tossup because St. Louis's results haven't been fully released yet. _________________ 2007-2008: 34-48

Indiana and North Carolina are just too close. Montana has pretty much just started its counting. _________________ 2007-2008: 34-48

a number of the gimme Democratic centers have yet to have their votes counted, California and several of the west coast states, perhaps some places in Ohio, and Washington, DC. Those could have a big change on the spread in the national vote. _________________ 2007-2008: 34-48
