if you had the Dems with 58 senators, you can claim that now that it seems likely Begich will win in Alaska. Those who had 59 senators may get to claim if Franken wins the recount in Minnesota, but that won't be concluded for another few weeks.
also if you predicted that Obama would win by 6 or 7 percent, you can claim on that.
