The Celtic's are like the minor league's for the NBA. We draft great young talent, and then once it develops, we dump it as soon as we possibly can. Sometimes we get something useful in return (Ray Allen, Kevin Garnett), and other times we are just plain stupid about it (Chauncey Billups, Joe Johnson). _________________
