This should be an easy win for celtics, only thing that worries me is Dalambert, he's always seemed to play well against us, and with Perkins out looks like Powe might be getting some more minutes
And with the 76ers on theyre worst loosing streak in 9 years it could be a trap game..or maybe Philly really is in that bad of shape...I gotta check out the lineups before I make any predictions
When you watch the celts on Leauge Pass do you get Tommy Heinsohn doin the analyist, usually when I watch them on my NBA package I dont get the hometown guys so I gotta tune into FSN NEW ENGLAND which kinda sucks cause its not HD
i believe i get heinson for Celts home games, not away games. thats how the baseball package was, and i believe basketball is the same way. i like hearing some of the other announcers, though, always interesting to see what ex-players are doing color commentary now. some of them are awful, though.
Yea Tommy is such a homer. Paul Pierce could launch a 3 from half court with 23 seconds left on the shot clock and Tommy would say "Well..he got a good look"
Okay heres my prediction...Celtics beat Philly pretty comfortably (10-15 pt win)...I just dont see they're line-up matching up with ours at all. Only threat they pose is that they have a Center, but AL and Leon will take care of him.
Yeah, one day I'll bust out the bucks and buy League pass or something. For now my free time is horribly limited. The only reason I hit these forums so much is that I'm constantly working on a computer for school or work.
Once I hit the real working world I'll have more time to watch more games so I can actually follow the teams that interest me.... (Lakers, Celtics, Mavs, Bobcats) with heavy emphasis on the Lakers and Celtics. I confess that I'm a Laker fan first and foremost but have always followed the Celtics as well. I'll explain it all in the Green Carpet one of these days when I get around to posting my own Hello thread.
Celts have a 2 point lead at half time, Allen is the leading scorer for the C's with 12 points, and Jefferson brought in 11 first half rebounds...they go into the half with the score 43-41
