The Celtics brass better think twice before rewarding Ray Allen with a new contract. Unless they can get him for 6th man money I don't think I would want him. His shot, for the first time in his career is VERY inconsistant. His legs can't get him free for a shot either. Time to make the first hard decision for the big three and find a replacement.
